Leda I just completed Lesa Williams’ birth education class, Steps of Creation to Mother, and I have to say, I thoroughly enjoyed it and was really impressed. Unlike other birth classes I’ve seen offered, this class includes the standard instruction on the actual process of labor and birth whilst going above and beyond by incorporating more spiritual aspects to assist with fear clearing and generating a deeper understanding of how pregnancy and childbirth truly affect a woman’s heart, soul, mind, and body. Each of the courses, which span 8 weeks, consist of bite-sized and manageable Powerpoint presentations that can be watched in one’s own time during the course of a week. Then there is a one-on-one discussion via Zoom where questions are answered and concepts can be explored more deeply.
